Our journey to motherhood starts well before conception. Facing the reality of our biological clock can be a tender experience for many women, especially when we’re feeling sadness, shame, regret, or judgment around what’s brought us to this point. Holding the possibility that your motherhood dream may not be realized is deeply painful and something I’m intimately familiar with.

The greatest gift we can give ourselves is tuning into what we really want. So often our dreams and goals become clouded by what society expects of us or the stories we tell ourselves about how our lives “should” look. It wasn’t until I learned to listen to my intuition that I was able to start living into who I’m meant to be.
